The team collaborates with the Engineering Department during the installation process and then creates rental plans. Campaign preparation and driving successful marketing strategies for executing sales game plan is the team’s core approach. The Marketing Department also have to create annual and quarterly plans for fresh marketing tactics. The department keeps a record of all the contact data and maintains the list for the targets with accurate and applicative procedures. It is the marketing team’s responsibility to research the targets, generate leads, follow through with the installation process and administer flawless results.

The primary function of the Advertising Department in our company is to successfully sign agreements with the advertisers. They are responsible for the expansion of the business by ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the results. The team conducts outbound hunts for prospective clients via face to face meetings, telephonic meetings, and emails. The advertising department must also oversee the steps and the various stages that are involved in the production of campaigns. The company’s clientele base must be kept content, this is when the advertising department takes over and ensure that our clients experience seamless services so that the collaboration continues on for the long term.

The role of the Service Team involves building and maintaining a strong relationship with the clients. They are responsible for answering customer’s queries, understanding the customer’s need and resolving matters with relevant solutions. The Service Team must also perform the planning and foreseeing of the contents of the company’s website, generate SEO/SEM, create digital marketing campaigns, maintain a vibrant & active social media presence etc. The Service Team members also collaborate with the rest of the internal teams to produce creative landing pages that will optimize the user’s experience. It is the role of the team to make certain that resolutions are executed quickly so that the customers are satisfied with our services.

The IT Department administers the operations of all the applications and environments. They are accountable for creating the operations handbook, following Standard Operation Procedures. Their job is to handle all sorts of issues, troubleshooting and solving any errors. The team ensures that routine checks for the applications and servers are performed without delay so that stability can be monitored. The team has to be in constant coordination with the Research and Development Team so that long-term resolutions on technical issues deterring production or growth can be solved. The team comprises of professionals armed with the diverse knowledge of all the technological developments and advancements that continues evolving in this fast-paced digital world.

The Research and Development Department’s role is to conduct primary research, secondary research, analysis of data, forecasting the market etc. They have to research, investigate and prepare reports on every detail of the activities in the market in order to construct suggestions for successful results. The team members aid each other in preparing plans and proposals for developing or modifying the products depending on the market’s trend and consumer’s feedback. The Research and Development department is also involved in the process of developing the company’s products and applications adhering to the ongoing market requirements.
